Once upon a time, a young boy dreamt a dream: he would become a medical doctor and help people.  Perhaps his grandmother, Khaya, planted the seed in his mind.  Perhaps she whispered the idea in his ear as he was drifting off to sleep one night.  Regardless, her dream and his dream intertwined and became his Calling.  He was blessed with the required talents, and with a lot of hard work (and a little luck, or fate, or divine guidance, depending on one's view), he succeeded in becoming a Dermatologist.  He was living the dream and loving it!  But the medical practice landscape soon changed.  Rather than focusing on patients, he was forced to spend time arguing with insurance companies about prescriptions and filling mindless forms for government bureaucrats.  Artificial barriers had been erected, and he felt like his Calling was drifting away.  Would this be the end of the dream?  No!  He knew there had to be a better way.  He would have to chart a different course.  And so, Access Dermatology was born.
